How a game goes
New to Hokm? You will get it in one game. Know it from family nights? It plays exactly the way you remember.
Take a seat
Four players, two teams: your partner sits across from you. Jump into an open table with Quick play or start your own.
The hakem calls the trump
One player is the hakem. They look at their first five cards and pick the trump suit, the hokm. Trump cards beat everything else.
First team to seven wins
Follow the suit that was led if you can. Win seven tricks to take the hand and score a point. The first team to seven points takes the match. Win a hand 7–0 and that is a kot, worth extra points.

Install it like an app
Hokm is a web app. There is nothing to download from a store: open the game once, add it to your home screen and it starts full screen like any other app.

Open the game, tap the Share button and choose Add to Home Screen.

Is Hokm free?
Yes, Hokm is free to play. You pick up free Daric coins every day, and that is enough to keep playing. Want more? Watch a short ad to earn extra Daric, or buy a pack of Daric online. Payments are handled safely by Stripe.
Do I need an account?
No. You can play as a guest right away. With a free account you keep your Daric, your league and your avatars, and you can add friends and open VIP tables.
I have never played Hokm. Can I still join?
Sure. Start with "Play with computer" on the beginner level. It is free and nothing counts, so you can learn the rules at your own speed.
What happens if someone leaves in the middle of a game?
The game goes on: the computer plays that seat so the other three are not left hanging. Players who leave often get a lower reputation score, which everyone can see.
Which devices does it work on?
Any phone, tablet or computer with a modern browser: Chrome, Safari, Edge or Firefox.
How old do I have to be?
Hokm is for players aged 13 and older. The game uses play coins only. You cannot win or lose real money.
